Installing Outlook as email client with AOL ISP

J

John Barker

We are connected to the internet through AOL, but my
wife uses OUTLOOK at work and hates the AOL email
client. The rest of us like AOL just fine. We have a
fast desktop (Gateway 700) with plenty of memory and disk
space running WinXP Home Edition. We have Office2002 Pro
Edition. Once I tried to go through Outlook and set it
up (configure) it to be only her email client, but got
lost in the PROXY, POP3 vs other email setups, etc.
Help! This should be easy, right? I don't want to
be a system administrator, subscribe to MSN, or do
anything else expensive or supertechnical just to make
her email work the way she wants.

Thanx for any help -- JB
