Installing Outlook on Windows 2003 Server

Hello Everyone,

We have a Windows 2003 server with Office 97 installed. I need to
install a later version of Outlook on there but when I have tried to
install Outlook XP or Outlook 2003 it completely removes the Office 97
installation, even though I told setup to only install Outlook and I
didn't see a 'keep previous version of Office' option.

How can I install Outlook XP/2003 on Windows Server 2003 with it
wiping out my Office 97 installation?
