installing outlook

I have Windows 2000 Prof. and I can't seem to set up my
email. It is asking for a post office and mail box and I
don't know what they are. I have windows XP home addition
and I bought the Win 2000 separate. I was able to install
all the rest of the software but not this. Please help!

Install OL in internet mode not Corporate/Workgroup, unless you need it

If it is looking for "Post Office" then look for
"Microsoft Mail" being involved.

I don't have Outlook 2002 available to me but
it may be that you need to set up your profile again
(fresh) but do not select Microsoft Mail as an account
type.

Try deleting your current profile in the Control Panel
on Windows (Mail applet). Then start Outlook and
select "Internet Account".
