installing power point 2002 upgrade

I keep receiving error 1608 while installing power point 2002 upgrade. I had
the program install previously but had to reload Office XP small business and
now I can not get the program to find a gualifying program to finish the
install

Do you have an earlier version on CD? If so just insert that into your drive
when it is looking for qualifying products.
