Installing Problems With Games

Most of the times when im installing games or some other programs i get a
message at about 2% that says, Componet transfer error
Componet -Main app
File Group - app executables
Error - acess is denied

I am the admin by the way, i have tried asking questions b4 and i always get
"looks like your not the admin : ) but i am if any has an idea of what might
be going on plz throw me some ideas
