Installing Project 2007

When I try to install project 2007 it stops early on in the process saying it can't find projlr.cab. The file is in the location it should be and there appears no reason it can't find it. It comes up with a browse box and if you click on the folder with the file it says invalid location???

Have you solved to issue ? Where do you install the software from ? Is it a CD or a folder on the computer ?
