Installing Project Portfolio Server on Small Business Server

I would appreciate help in installing Office Project Server 2007 on a system
running Small Business Server 2003.

We are a non-profit organization, and my expertise is software engineering,
not systems engineer. We just purchased the above items, not knowing that
Project Server is “not supported†[but not excluded] by Microsoft for
installation with SBS 2003.

Has anyone gotten it to run? Currently, it is asking for Windows Workflow
Foundation Runtime Components. I went to the link for the Beta version,
which is now gone. It appears Workflow is part of Sharepoint 3.0. There is
a “STS†[Sharepoint 3.0] folder on the Project Server disk, but when trying
to install, it says components are missing.

If anyone has a procedure to share for completing this install, I would
appreciate receiving it. Also, the source of any files needed, or to receive
them as attachments.

Our organization to do Braille, captioning, accessibility, and Talking
Books. We are located within a state prison and don’t have direct Internet
access, but there are individuals that will relay information and files to us.
