Installing Publisher 2003, error message 1919 what can I do?

Attempting to install Pub 2003, but get error 1919
ODBC data surce: Visual Fox Pro Database ODBC error 6:
Component not found in the registry verify that the file Visual FoxPro
Database exits & that you can access it.

I retryed it and I ignored it to no avail.

Only cancel worked and then it unloaded all the program that it had been
loading.
