Installing retail copy

I have the beta copy of OneNote installed on my computer. The option to
upgrade online is grayed out so I ordered a copy of OneNote 2003. How do I
install it? Do I need to delete the beta? Will I need to download and install
SP 1 after I've installed my retail copy?
