Installing sharepoint + Project server on windows2003

I have a windows 2003 enterprise server with IIS setup running exchange
2003.hat I am trying to install share point and Project server 2003 after
installation I can no longer access the OWA for exchange and the default web
page of the company changes to the sharepoint web page.

Is there any way to make all these coexist together and have OWA, webpage,
sharepoint, project all together.
any documents on making them coexist would be great.
