Installing Startup Taskbar in Office XP Professional

Office Experts,

I am configuring my computer using Office XP Professional and want to add
the Startup Taskbar from Office 2000.

From what I have read, this is a feature that was not included in Office 2003
and later but that you can still add in if you have the Office 2000 disk.

I have the 2000 disk. What do I do to install the taskbar?
