installing to a second computer

I'm trying to install Word 2003 from the CD onto my laptop; it's
already installed on my desktop.

When I put in the Key, I'm told it's not a valid key number. I'm
guessing this is because the number has already been used by my
desktop. Is there a special method for accomplishing this?
