Installing Trial MSOffice 2007

I just downloaded a trial version of office 2007 standard and it seemed to
download fine, until I went to install/run and it was nowhere to be seen on
the pc. I have an old (1997) version which will not allow me to use Outlook
installed on this new pc running Vista. Any suggestions?

You can have only 1 instance of Outlook installed. Remove the one from Off 97 and use the one that you have with Off2007 or vica versa.

Thanks Peter, the problem is that I can't see the download! Will I have to
download again after I remove the old version?

In Inishtege,

What folder did you select to hold the download? If you sent it to a Temporary Internet Explorer folder that may be cleared when
closing your browser.

You may want to use Start=>Search for files and folders and use the 'Advanced options' to search for files that are over say
200mb (200000kb) in size created in the past week (depending on the day you downloaded the trial) to see if you can locate the
location for the download.
