Installing updates.

I keep getting the message that the installation is unsuccsful. The 2
updates that I'm trying to install are the Junk Mail Filter and the French
grammer checker. Of course I don't need the French grammer checker so I've
tried to install them separately and I would get the same message. Am I
doing something wrong? Thanks.

Try turning off any firewalls you have running. I found they can interfere
with the update process.
