Installing Visio 2003?

I have VS.NET 2003 EA installed, including Visio for Enterprise
Architects (10.0.2705).

What will happen if I install Visio 2003 (part of Office System 2003)
over it? Bad things? Will it still have the VS.NET features, etc?

Luther,

You can install the two products side-by-side. The 2003 version will not
support the VS.NET features though.
