Installing Visio 2007 Professional on Windows Server 2003

I've been searching for a while now, but no luck...

Can anyone tell me if Visio 2007 Professional will install on Windows Server
2003?

Visio 2003 Professional could, but from my understanding Microsoft have
changed this so that only Visio 2007 Enterprise will install on Windows
Server 2003 (not Professional) - is this true?

There is no Visio 2007 Enterprise, and quite a few of the Microsoft
developers use Windows 2003 Server for Visio 2007 Professional .. so the
answer is yes.
