Installing Viso Viewer

To make Viso Viewer 2003 useful it should be installable by a user if they
don't have administrative rights to the PC. After all it is just a viewer. So
now it will be serveral weeks waiting for Tech Support to deciede if they
will install the software and then they actually have to install it.

The Visio Viewer 2007 will ship and install with Microsoft Office, so it
should be much easier to view Visio drawings.
