Installing WGSetup for eMail Collaboration

I am attempting to install WGSetup using MS Project 2002 Standard.

I double click on the WGSetup icon and I get a message box titled "Setup
Initialization Error" with a message stating "Setup has determined an error
in the Registration Database".

What might be going on?

Thanks for any assistance...
