Instant Office Search update KB917013

I have tried repeatedly to install this update KB917013 Windows Desktop
Search that Outlook says it has to have. I keep getting Access Denied just
before the update finished. I am using WINXP SP2 and Office Pro Plus Beta 2.
Any ideas how I can get this patch installed?
