My problem is that the advanced search/query options in the drop-down in
Outlook 2007 search are greyed out for some reason. So I cannot use the
search to show queries, and I also cannot get it to highlight words that it
finds. Do you know why this is and how to fix it? My IT company took me on a
wild goose chase and wants me to buy a search program to put into Outlook
called 'X1'. But I shouldn't have to do this because Outlook 2007 has the
functionality to search what I want, it just doesn't work. I also need to
add a mailbox to to be searched. I'd like to search my boss's mail, which I
have full access & privileges to already, but just can't search.
