Instant Search in Outlook 2007

After installing the instant search plug in I and restarting Outlook, when I
click to enable Instant Search I get a message that I need to download and
install the plug in.

If I try to install I get a message indicating I have the latest version.
How can I proceed to use the Instant Search?
