Instant Search on Outlook 2007/Exchange Server 2003

I am using Outlook 2007 attached to Exchange Server 2003. I have not been
able to get Instant Search to index anything stored on our exchange server.
At first I thought it was just the Inbox, but now it appears true for any
folder created on the server.

Indexing and searching open PST files seems to work just fine.

Anything I can do here?
