instead of clear text I get code

Instead of clear text in a word file I now get what I think is code. How can
I convert this back? I use Windows xp and window's works 07.

Hi schiheil1,

If you're seeing fileds that with braces either side (eg '{FILENAME}' or '{TOC}', etc), press Alt-F9.
