Instructions for Contacts

I must be missing something but I cannot find directions on how to add a new
Contact, or to delete an old one. Can you please let me know where the
instructions for using Cantacts are?

Press Ctrl+Shift+C or the New, Contact button to open a new contact form.
Type in the name and other vital info and click Save (or Ctrl+s).
