instructions for users of my template

Hi
I'm hoping the MVPs might have some ideas about the following task. I have
created a template (.dot) for distribution to other users, and I would like
to have a set of instructions that accompany it. eg. what kind of information
to complete, basic word instructions for editing, how to edit the fields used
within it etc. I would prefer not to have the instructions on any of the
pages, (although I know these could be deleted before printing). I just
wondered if there was a cooler way, perhaps a pane that opens (like Word's
help?) or a hyperlink on the toolbar that opens a window with text in it. I
don't want the instructions to become separted from the template. The whole
thing would be self-contained and hidden until the user requests it. Any
ideas?

Maybe you should be using a UserForm.
