Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup
A web browser is the program you use to see on your screen the details of
web pages published on the internet. You will find installed a copy of
Internet Explorer (look for it on the Start/All Programs menu - it has a
large blue "e" shaped icon). For a URL, if it is appearing on your screen,
you should be able to double click the left mouse button which will open up
your browser at that page for you. If not, click and drag across the URL to
highlight it, then in the Edit menu, look for Copy; then open the browser
and click in the Address space, in the Edit menu click Paste and then press
the Enter key on your keyboard.
Meanwhile, I suggest you purchase a beginners guide to the Internet, go on a
course, or study the Help screens. As this newsgroup is for Microsoft
Project problems, in future try the Windows newsgroup.
