Insufficiant Memory.Save the Document now......MS Word Issue

Hi,
I am trying to Merge some documents and save in a different folder, I was
able to do for more than 2000 docs( Which I have more than 100,000 Docs) I am
getting the Error like " Insufficiant Memory. Save the Document Now", I
uninstalled the MS word 2000 and Installed MS word 2003, still I am getting
the same error.

I appriciate any sugessions to solve the above problem.

You may have more luck posting to a Windows-based Word newsgroup, like

microsoft.public.word.application.errors

rather than this Macintosh Word ng.
