I have an Access 2003 database that runs just fine. Another customer wants to
try out the database. The original database is split into a front and back
end. When I import all of the tables from the back end, and all of the
queries, reports, forms and modules from the front end into one database the
following happens:
1. I cannot edit any form or view the code behind the forms. When I try to
it simply gives me a message of insufficient memory. I have 4GB of memory so
I know this is not the problem. The same is also true of all reports.
2. All of the tables open just fine.
3. The queries run just fine.
4. I can edit all module code.
More important is the fact that if I leave the database split and simply
make copies and relink then everything is fine.
Has anyone run into this problem? Thank you for your help.
