Insufficient memory error message

When pasting a PPT slide into word or outlook, I get an
Insufficient memory error message and a warning to save
my file. I click ok and then the slide paste is completed
without problem and so far no problems with my files
(without the additional save). Is this an antivirus
problem as the info suggests? How do I check that? Should
I be using a different procedure to paste in the
miniatures of the slides I need in my Word document?

Not sure what's causing the memory error, but you might try using
File/Send To/Word to get the slide thumbnails into a Word document. Then
you can copy/paste the thumbnails from Word doc to Word doc.

Use a Paste Link when you send the file. Then, in Word go to Edit/Links
and break all the links. Then do your pasting.
