I need help. I have a user who's admin is not able to
open some of his contacts. We are on Exchange 2000, with
Outlook XP. Everything is up to date on SPs and
hotfixes. She gets the error that she does not have
sufficient permission. She is a delegate, and I have
gone so far as to make her the owner of his contacts, add
her to the administrator's group, redo her profile, and
checked for the correct forms on both machines.
I can log in as Admin, and add her profile, and it
works. I have given her Full Access rights to the
previous admin's folders in the C:\Documents and Settings
folder, but she still has the issue.
I sorted the contacts by date modified. They are all
under one category, and she is having the issue on some
from one date, but not others.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
