Insufficient Security Privilege

P

Petka Nemcova

Hello,

I have a problem with one of our user of the MS Infopath Form which I have
published to the sharepoint site.

Although, I granted all users necessary rights to open and save the form to
the site, one of them have still problem to open it.

He always get the error message: "Insufficient Security Privilege. This form
cannot be opened because it requests domain security level and is only
allowed restricted security level. Contact the form author to resolve the
issue."

I feel really helpless as I don't know how can I help him. He is able to
access the rest of our all forms, he has just a problem with this one.

Another insight - he is able to open the form if he click on "Fill Out This
Form" link within Form Library, however if he click on the link to the
template of this form, he won't open it.

Any suggestions?

Thank you!
Petra

I would suggest that if you're trying to pull information into the form from
another database, he/she may not have sufficient rights to view that
information. Check all database connections and make sure it's all good.
It's happened to users here as well, so I speak from experience!

Good luck.

Hi,

If the form is pulling data form database like SQL, form should be full

Hello

Make it Full trusted and use digital signatures to sign the form if you
cannot set Domain level Security for your form.
