Insurance Company, matching Invoice to Policy & other forms

I will download 5 Folders from my Customers ftp site, Folder1 INVOICES (in
Word format) these need to be in a "watch file". 2 POLICIES (in PDF format 1
to 500 pages). 3 CHANGE ENDORSEMENTS (in PDF format 1 to 500 pages). 4
CANCELLATIONS (in PDF format 1 to 10 pages). 5 RENEWALS (in PDF format 1 to
500 pages.
Each INVOICE has a unique "EFECTIVE TRANSACTION DATE" and a "POLICY NUMBER"
that matches only 1 of the other forms above. When a match is found, the
"INVOICE" and "FORM" are put in a que to be sorted by Agent/Broker. Then
sorting will be done by BCC Postal Software, and Thick 10 X 13 Envelopes will
be mailed out in the Agent/Broker's Zip Code order

Can you refer me to a Certifyed Solutions Provider in Baton Rouge, Louisiana?
Or can I write this using MACROs rather than VISUAL BASIC with help from
"Templates", from someone like OPEN GATE SOFTWARE?

I believe you can locate Certified Solution Providers at the Microsoft
website.

But I'm still not clear where you are trying to do this?

You mention "Open Gate" software -- this newsgroup supports the use of
Microsoft Access, the relational database.

More info, please...

OpenGate Software sells a "UI Builder for Microsoft ACCESS"
They claim to offer Off the Shelf tools.. "UI Builder provides a powerful
application framework you can build upon whether you are an expert at ACCESS
and Visual Basic, or just beginning with no understanding of VB or Macros".
I have written the ACCESS Database we run my business in, but now need to
download from my Customers ftp site, an INVOICE (Word) and 5 other forms
(PDFs), after matching 2 common fields on the INVOICE and one of the other 5
forms, I need to sort by Insurance Agency, export the addresses to BCC
(Postal sorting/Discount) Software, and print the INVOICE/Form combination,
batched by Agent and in Zip order.
I have no knowledge of Visual Basic and am wondering if there are other,
possibly better UI "Jump Start" tools out there that will not require me to
use Visual Basic?

Can't help, don't use them.

Perhaps another newsgroup reader can offer suggestions...
