integrate data into excel worksheet

I have created a query from 3 different tables. I have exported it to excel,
where I have created a pivot table (having used the "show report filter
pages). I know how to change the data on original worksheet to be updated to
updated query results, but not able to do this dynamically.
Since it wants to look at one table only to update info dynamically, how can
I do this to update data to the query results. I don't even know how/where
query is saved as I cannot see the directory when I save.

Realize I am not asking this properly, but appreciate any help with this.
