Integrate Meeting Organiser and Task to create Minutes of Meeting

Outlook helps to schedule Meetings through Meeting Organiser.The Tasks option
in outlook helps one to create and track the status of the various tasks till
completion. As we all know that there is no meeting exists without any action
items. But there is no option available in outlook to relate the action items
(tasks) against a meeting.
Hence many of the organisations end up in developing their own Meeting
Management Tools to manage all the activities related to a meeting. It would
be better to integrate the features of Meeting Organiser and Tasks to create
Minutes of Meetings (MOM) within Outlook itself. This would be a great help
to the Meeting Organisers in tracking the Minutes of Meetings and Members of
the meeting in tracking the status of tasks assigned to them.Also it would
eliminate the necessity for developing customised Meeting Management Tools.
