I used the following url for instructions on integrating SP1

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;555215

The MAINSP1ff.msp was successfully installed, but OWC11SP1FF.msp installed
failed. Therefor I created a log and below is the results.

The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service
because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may
update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be
upgraded exists on your computer an
d that you have the correct upgrade patch.
D:\Office2003\OWC11.MSI

I have verified path and file names are correct and I am not sure what to do
at this point. Can anyone help?

Since no one could answer my question, I kept trying. Eventually, I was
able to apply the SP by starting the whole process over.
