Integrating 3 schedules w/diff calendars

My newest problem with the intergation of 3 schedules:

As the new calendars are created and the 3 projects are imported to the new
Master Schedule this is happening:

for instance:
The 24 hour project schedule has been imported. It has picked up the 8-hour
conditions of the Master.
Many - but not all of the durations are messed up. On one task - 5 weeks
has changd into 8.57 weeks.
I have selected the task information bar and changed the calendar to the 24
hr calendar but the durations have not changed.

Does anyone know what could be keeping this from working?
I open the original 24 hr schedule and luckily the durations are correct.

Do your calendars have different names? Do they have the same name but
diffent values in them? We Make sure the "good" calendars are in a template
schedule. Then just open the template and import them through the organizer.
We have had no issues.
