Integrating Exchange Public Contacts (and emails) with Access App

Hello All,
Does anyone know where I can get articles & code-examples demonstrating how
to leverage Exchange public Contacts folders, and sent/received emails.

I have the perennial problem of integrating a quoting/ordering system with
contacts db and emails to avoid double customer lists and 'cut-and-paste'
correspondence

Alternatively, does anyone know the best way of providing the required
functionality (does Business Contact Manager provide the data-access and
required information?)
