Integrating Outlook 2003 & contacts from ACT databas software

How can I integrate Outlook 2003 & ACT contacts software? Every time I open
Outlook database, a message comes up from Outlook indicating I can change the
settings in Outlook so that when emails are sent to contacts in my ACT
database, it will be noted in the database. It refers me to Microsoft Outlook
Online help but with no tips or suggestions.

Please advise.
