Integrating outlook with PWA

When I attempted to integrate outlook express with PWA I saw a message
indicating that it is unsafe.
Is it recommended to proceed further with the unsafe message or should I
stop the integration?

Hi,

the Outlook-Add-In only works with Outlook, not with Outlook Express.
