Integrating Project Server 2003 with Visual Studio team System

I am trying to integrate Project Server 2003 with VSTS, in the setup guide it
says
"In the TFS data tier server, open BisDB.db database. Any one knows what
that is?

According to what the Microsoft rep said during the launch event I was at,
Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Project Server 2003 were not able to work
together directly. He said the only way to do it is to use Project 2003 Pro
to sync them individually from the same Project file.
