Integrating Visio into a VB6 application

I have developed a Visio template with the shapes and
logic I need. Now I would like to open that template
from a Visual Basic application. I would also like to
run two Visio macros from the VB.

Does anyone have some sample code that will do this?

What references are needed in the VB?
