Integration between PowerPoint and iPhoto

Is there any way to integrate iPhoto and PowerPoint/Word?
I want to access the iPhoto albums and files the same way one can use
the crappy MS Gallery.
Is this possible?

Not in the sense of integrating iPhoto into the PPT menus like the Gallery is,
but you can drag photos from iPhoto into PPT.
