I'm a consultant and working with several companies. Each company wants me to
fill in a calender. Most of the time this is within Outlook and sometimes it
is within Lotus Notes.
The problem I have, is that when I want to change an appointment, I have to
change it in two or three calenders. This problem can be solved by using an
PDA. But then the next problem occur. In all calenders with each company I
work for, can be seen what I'm doing with another company. I don't want that.
Is there a solution so that I can maintain all appointments in my PDA. During
synchronizing only the appointments made with the customer on which PC I'm
synchronizing will be updated. All other appointments must also be updated,
but with the text "blokked" or not "available". Then that company knows that
they cannot make an appointment.
Maybe a solution with making use of the categories in the Outlook appoints
can be made??
