Integration with Siebel

Has anyone found a way to connect to Siebel from Project Server, either
through business catalog, web services or custom web parts? We use Field
Service Manager to track all of our service requests and associated
activities, and I would like to be able to access this information in
SharePoint/Project Server 2007.
