Integration with Small Business Accounting

I have been using Small Business Accounting integrated with Business Contact
manager without any problem for quite some time. I have used Small Business
Accounting as my primary data input interface.
Some fields in Accounting such as "home phone"; "memo"; and user defined
fields that I have created do not transfer over to Business Contact Manager.
Since I have been informed that Small Business Accounting is going away, I
would really like to find a way to transfer the data in these fields to
Business Contact Manager. Is there any way to do this?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
