Intellipoint Wireless Optical Mouse

When I try to install version 5.0 of the Intellipoint software I get this
error. I am try to upgrade from version 3.1 to version 5.0. I keep getting
the erroe "UnInstal.dll could not load" and the installation aborts.

Have you tried uninstalling the older version first? And, I believe there's a
newer version than 5.0 available.
