Intellisync not working with Outlook 2003

Hello.

I've upgraded to Outlook 2003 (now a fresh install) and Intellisync has
decided to not work with Outlook. I have re-downloaded Intellisync from the
Hotmail.com web site, but when I click to start the sync it reads the MSN
records, then pops up with "There was a problem connecting to the Outlook
database. Please close the Outlook client and try again. If the problem
persists, contact your system administrator).

I was able to do this with Outlook 2003 without a problem.

What I've tried so far is set Outlook to be the default e-mail client (as I
normally have it as Outlook Express) and I have closed OUTLOOK.EXE from Task
Manager as this seems to be running even without Outlook being open.
Neither have helped.

Any ideas?
