Intellisync Palm Office XP "Default profile not found"

If I try to select Outlook when attempting to configure
Intellisync on my home Dell laptop to sync my Palm to
Outlook on my firm's computer system (NT) via my my home
Dell laptop (XP Professional), I get a "Default profile
not found". I believe both my Palm OS and Intellisync
versions are current. This problem first appeared when I
installed Office XP.

Any suggestions.
