Is it possible to use a JPG as an interactive button in
FP'03 other than just creating a hyperlink i.e. have a
typical button effect? I can't seem to make any color
changes in '03 like I could in FP'00.

You can use any image as a button although .gifs and .jpgs make for smaller files byte wise.
What color changes "can't you make."
