Interactive Buttons in a Shared Border

Can't I use Interactive Buttons in a shared top border? Anyone know? The
Interactive Buttons portions of the Insert menu is greyed out.

Open you main page w/ the share border applied to add them

Also make sure in Tools Page Options Authoring that JavaScript is turned on

AFAIK, there should not be any reason that you can not.
